Scope of Work / Specific Duties and Responsibilities-- Responsible in creating a systematic filing system.- Responsible in initiating new and renewal of employment contract.- Review vacation requests and send to the applicable departments for actions including informing the employee the status of his vacation.- Provides the management with personnel information summary as and when required.- Responsible in reviewing/implementing existing company’s policies and procedures.- Do research/gathers all required data related to the preparation of cost analysis for personnel accommodation.- Coordinate with camp representatives and discuss issues concerning personnel accommodation.- Performs normal or non-routine jobs/tasks as delegated by the General Manager i.e./ assisting Operations’ projects- Remains current regarding laws and regulations affecting all areas of responsibilities. Adheres to Company policies/ procedures and work requirements.- Delegate representative of the company for Gosi.- Establish and maintain personnel data bank.- Performs other jobs required by immediate supervisor.-
